Hi All, I'm going through due diligence on a property and discovered that it has two outstanding DOB violations in Cook county from 2017 and 2020 from the Original Owners ("OO") who are not the Current Sellers ("Seller").

They appear to be syndicators for multifamily & storage unit facilities.

Cook, I'm sure he has some connections.  

Go on Loopnet and under property type select religious facilities, schools, other specialty.

@Brandon Cook hard to leverage this house its so cheap hard to refinance a house that's worth less than $50k.

One day one of the chefs did not showup, but my father in law had watched and learned how they did their job and asked the manager if he could cook.
