Tenant B is needing more space and renovations or they intend to leave as well.Tenant A hanging around is going to make it difficult for me to plan and perform expansions and improvements for Tenant B.

She was able to issue me this letter once I filled out the form to request a demo permit from the Office of Buildings - I did not have to submit this permit nor did I need it approved to obtain the letter, only to fill it out and sign it to show my intent. 

I know the bank's stance will be for me to put my own money in so I have "skin in the game".
