I know this will probably generate some heated responses but our experience in more than 20 years of buying & selling is that the vast majority of home inspectors add little to the deal and in many cases derail them especially when there is a newbie involved.

I really don't mind getting an offer from a wholesaler and I will generally work with them in the future if they are honest, but the amount of calls we get from knuckleheads with scripts thinking they are snowing us by trying to slyly daisy chain a contract gets to be super annoying.
