Use @ sign and start typing their name it will populate outside the box. double click their name and it will go into comment box in blue and then they are notified.

Non-qm means that they don't follow the rules for a qualified mortgage, and can do things outside of the box.

people have been renovating and refinancing since refinances and renovations were done in the us probably in the late 1800s  so no mystery there..

I wouldn't put that much money into a LTR lock.I have never (knock on wood) got a call for a lockout.Hide a combination lock box on the property with a spare key for an emergency.
