Tenant must comply with recommendations and requests from the pest management specialist prior to professional treatment including but not limited to: Placing all bedding, drapes, curtains and small rugs in bags for transport to laundry or dry cleaners. Heavily infested mattresses are not salvageable and must be sealed in plastic and disposed of properly. Empty dressers, night stands and closets.

My employees wash their vehicles and muddy equipment every day and they put a massive amount of rocks, nuts and bolts, wood and all sorts of debris into the pump and it never failed one time.Since my pump handles both rain water and the water my employees use to wash their equipment every day I installed a specially made system with electronic valves that makes the water they wash their equipment go into a sediment and filter box and then into the city sewer system and when it rains the electronic valves have a sensor that detects water coming from the roof drain downspouts and valves switch to make the water from the parking lot go into the street.

So places you'll find them or they'll hide out - wood furniture, bed headboards, under the mattress, they'll crawl to the ceiling/corner of the wall and lay eggs (look for black specks) - if you see things like that you'll need to scrape and paint - there are treatments you can do to spray the baseboards, furniture etc - local pest control companies should be able to treat - I've also heard the only way to fully get rid of them is with a heat treatment as well as everything else I mentioned.Your tenants would need to wash all beddings, strip all furniture down, spray/treat the furniture, spray baseboards, etc etc - pretty labor intensive to do it right.
