His brother's response was something akin to, unless putting wood windows in my house means I'll get $100K more for it when I sell, then we're going with vinyl.When it comes to energy efficiency, I find that folks often only look at whether or not a product is Energy Star rated.

My previous secretary manages our "production" lines, aggregate production, motor shop, and supply chain, then she graduated to 3 projects (20-30 people per project) doing it only by phone and bi-weekly reports and one foreman meeting each week, but those are more easy, just doing roads and small structures like drains and ditches.

I assume these systems were mostly updates of old octopus systems (fully gravity fed).Local HVAC guys suggest leaving as-is unless someone wants to put AC in - but if we can avoid limiting the (future) borrowers to non-conforming products, that would be good!
