Either issue alone could easily collapse a banking system, and if China is unable to fend off the collapse, it would be horrible news for the world economy and cause severe economic hardship for anyone who relies on them for trade and commerce.

Too many products/services are 'created' that may be great in its inception but easily get abused by the general investing public.

The problem is properties here are for the better part easily financed.

Bank will loan funds to renovate...20K can turn into 40K easily with leverage and a good eye for deals..Research, Prepare, Inspect, Buy, Restore, Resell...Repeat...

So if you need to replace a few pieces you can do it easily.

We are going to sell off a block of homes one at a time, so you're more than welcome to purchase a block of 5 or 10 or cherry pick...I do not have photos, but with the types of spreads these have you don't need a photo, LOL..You'll easily make $40k-$80K if you're retailing or lease purchasing.

$400 reduction in rent is HUGE - what can you afford, and if you dropped it that much would you be able to easily rent that apt to a fresh lease do you think?
