Most of them couldn't care less about your success, either.It sounds harsh and kind of gloomy but it's what I've observed in the past few years.Never trust that paperwork will be transferred correctly, never trust that your servicer will make the call, never trust that your attorney will have your foreclosure published, never trust that your contractor is going to do their job, never trust that the county is going to account for your payment right.

Has anyone ever heard of lending with less money up front but a much higher interest rate so I can refinance on the back end and essentially "pay" then?

@Brady Speers, have you seen https://www.gocobuy.com, this was sent to me from a fellow BP member as a way to get friends and family to buy together, fund together, Im not sure of the costs but I believe they pull it all together for you, paper work, advisor, etc.

What this is essentially saying is that you pledged to move into the property within 60 days of buying the property and living in it for at least one year unless "extenuating circumstances" exist.  

A service animal comes with medical prescription from a doctor and paperwork that states the animal is properly trained to be a service animal.

While I locate and attorney to draw up the paperwork in San Antonio TX, where I am at, wanted to hear the comments, consents, or questions you may have.

Keep as much paperwork on this as possible and then wait to see what happens.
