This morning the stock was up another 10% and I sold it.Should I be bothered by the fact that he made 50% while I onlymade 10%?

Got a call last night at 9 pm form my duplex . " We have no water "  Now this is a well , so i went over this morning at 8 am and checked the pressure switch , the breaker and went to the well head to check for current .

The idea is to draw your prospects in and get them anxious to see the space in person and complete that application.  

It's always good to see what's going on at five separate times of the day, 7-8 in the morning when people are going to work or school, 3-4 in the afternoon when school lets out, 5-6 pm rush hour, 7-8 pm evening call, and 2-3 in the dark of the night.

Listening to Bay Area radio this morning there was a spot by a Bay Area wholesaler.. one of his pitch's was tenant not paying no problem we will buy your home anyway.How many of you I wonder would buy a home with a non paying tenant in it .. how much would you expect to discount it.I suspect those willing to take those risks might get some pretty decent discounts to market ?
