It's always good to see what's going on at five separate times of the day, 7-8 in the morning when people are going to work or school, 3-4 in the afternoon when school lets out, 5-6 pm rush hour, 7-8 pm evening call, and 2-3 in the dark of the night.

Listening to Bay Area radio this morning there was a spot by a Bay Area wholesaler.. one of his pitch's was tenant not paying no problem we will buy your home anyway.How many of you I wonder would buy a home with a non paying tenant in it .. how much would you expect to discount it.I suspect those willing to take those risks might get some pretty decent discounts to market ?
