Redfin is one of the few websites that lets you sort for sale properties by dollars per square foot - but only when you are zoomed in enough to a specific area of the map.

Website just mentions painting, basement remodels etc. doesn’t seem like a ground up construction guy.

I have been a long-time Bigger Pockets fan (books + podcast) but never interacted with the website.

I am brand new to the BiggerPockets website, but I've been listening to the podcasts for quiet some time now.

Her business still seems to be up and running at least according to her website so I think if she doesn't have a lot of money now, she will start to accumulate again as things move forward.
