Since there’s no phone number, I’ve been left completely in the dark, at the mercy of the Zillow gods.And I know I’m not the only one.Now, Zillow is being sued for allegedly banning certain listings and limiting access to its platform in ways that may violate antitrust laws.

I own 3 ST rentals in Saugatuck area i Douglas, which does not have a ban on short term rentals. 

I know this might be a shot in the dark, but I am wondering if anyone has any website(s) that they use to post their rentals that are not syndicated through the MLS. 

Hey again — just wanted to jump back in with a few more thoughts now that the convo’s rolling.On STR Rules and GrandfatheringPotential bans can definitely throw a wrench into things, but the good news is that most places have grandfathered in STRs that were operating legit and had the proper city approval in place.That said, even those grandfathered properties need to keep up with changes in local rules as they come.
