Considering a VR for our next purchase as well. 

Consider using one or more of the units and renting to students, or renting by the room or renting as a VR and/or renting bedrooms in the unit you will live in to juice your gross revenue and your returns.

We could probably go cheaper if we hire hourly but we use an established VR cleaning company with our own designated cleaner for most cleans.

We're looking to purchase a VR in Folly or SSI in the next few years.  

A new ordinance was passed on Wednesday- I think most VR owners welcome the changes , if the city will enforce the rules it should work out well.The number of contracts was amended from 32 to 36 , the additional 4 to be used in the summer months .

I insure all 3 of our vacation rental properties with CBIZ, which specializes in VR insurance, a MUST if you hope to collect on any claim as typical homeowners will not cover a problem with a weekly renter.
