The Keys are too, more 3rd world in flavor. 

So maybe that's stacking savings, maybe paying down debt, improving FICO, or maybe it's raising capital, whatever, the details don't matter because there is 101 flavors out there, all that matters is what is your 1-Thing NOW, do that, THAT alone, with fanatical focus like a fat-boy on cake!

Because of rising interest rates, returns have not been as strong on properties purchased 2020 to 2023.There are broadly two flavors of syndications, property-specific and a fund. 

Maybe mini-storage is more your flavor, or maybe being a private $ lender, or, or, or....... 

I expect there will be new bills in the future with new angles trying to flavor them differently.
