I'd like to know how you view TDS in your categories.Two reasons I try to stay fairly 50/50 trust deeds and rental props are:1- deflation and inflation:   I don't know which will happen, deflation, I win on the TDS and inflation, I win on prop values and rents.2- cash flow and management are more reliable on TDS while rental properties are basically a business to run.Appreciate your thoughts,Joffrey LongGranada Hills, CA

This method isn’t perfect but I’ve found it effective tracking sales in Penn Hills (out near you) and in my neighborhood where I live here in WA.

Hey Imran,I own a two-family property in Albany in the Pine Hills neighborhood.

I would really love to hear your thoughts about STR's in Broward County because although I have only been STR'íng here in FLL for a few months (did STR for 9 years in Seattle's Cap Hill) I fear with all of the costs like vacation rental licensing, business licensing, property taxes, stay tax, insurance, monthly upkeep etc  that STR's might not be as profitable as I thought. 

Id probably recommend the neighborhoods there of Fells Point, Canton, Federal Hill, Charles Village, Hampden, Waverly.

In a house in Murray Hill, my Contractor buddy quoted me a repair of $47,000 and my handyman and his guys can do the same work for about $25,000.

Driving across the hills, its Tracy.I think Tracy Area will be prime location very soon.

My brother only acts as a Silent Investor to put Credit/Income backing down for loans at the moment.
