They are saying we may need a new TIN or amended paperwork from the IRS showing our names as members associated with the existing TIN.Everybody is closed today because of the extended holiday weekend so I figured I check on here so I know how to proceed on Monday.

Its that 15 degree's of separation.. there was a novel ( fiction)  that was popular in the 90's called the Celetine prophecies and the upshot is you never know were a chance meeting will lead you.. but you have to MEET.. not just hid behind a computer. ( not that your hiding behind a computer ) but you get what I mean.. it takes getting out there and mixing and that one meeting could change your life..

The condo associations really drive the value of your condo (how well the grounds are maintained, etc), and the politics and stuff that happens behind the scenes of those condo associations can be crazy.

The bigger wholesalers here are the courthouse steps guys,, and to an extent that was me as I was one of the top buyers in this market for years. but I 90% of the time did full rehabs and retailed.But I have friends and business associates that are the major wholesalers if you can call them that but they close on the deals they don't do much assigning.. you have some one offs assigning but its generally cash and carry around here.
