Is learning to be advanced with Argus software and OSCRE a must for commercial appraisers?

Of course I've learned a lot over the years about being a better property manager, but one of the things that helped the most was software.  

The one aspect I really like is the Property Analysis Software. 

Questions that I have:1) Is there a software that will allow me and my business partner to electronically sign the documents?

I currently work in the Software business as a Sales Executive and would love the chance to leave it to see my kids grow up 7 days a week!

But to make it efficient you need accounting software.
