Due to the fact a lien can be placed on your home if the bills are not paid, I would recommend back charging your tenants for the utilities.

I know this is a real estate site but I think if it were me I’d go back to school and get an education or acquire more technical skills .

Maybe do the 70k deal and hold back on the SFH, as it always takes more than you think.

If we had to take the property back are we interested in being stuck with it.

I have multiple potential tenants that want to move into my mobile home communities but every company I call is either backed up for months or does not work in the desired areas.

I will be working a job, so I plan on reinvesting everything back into acquiring more properties.My question might come across as vague, but that is because I have been spinning my wheels & am not sure what direction to go.I currently have only 15k, just got married, & need a place to live.
