Hey all,Does anyone have a quality list of business, life AND real estate books?

Needless to say, they ended up clouding title on hundreds of homes, and their actions both got them a stretch in Club Fed for 7-75 yrs, along with being barred for life in Iowa from engaging in any way in the business of buying and selling real estate or selling securities.Personally, this seems like a bad work around for Dodd/Frank, verse just hooking up with an independent licensed mortgage banker in the area, to have them underwrite the property tax loan/2nd mortgage for a fee of $750 or $1,000, which could be tacked onto the total loan amount to be repaid over a couple of years.

My mission in life is to Train, Coach, and Serve others in a truly meaningful way that powerfully impacts my client’s lives & allows them to Fuel Their Superpower.

So out of pure embarrassment I started to learn what it meant to run a real estate business.These thing are the best things I learned. 1) I'm doing this to improve my life and the lives of others2) These people are my clients not my family or my friends3) If I don't quit loosing money get out and leave it to others.4) This is way too easy to be hard.My first situation was rent collection. driving hours every month to collect rent, sometime 2 and 3 times just to find no one home.

Given that life expectancies are increasing, this will impact the market for years to come. 

As for your credit, very poor credit isn't a life sentence.

The real answer to this is going to come down to:  what are your personal goals for real estate investing and life, and which path will best lead to those?

Some providers take the approach that a furnace or water heater with several years of expected life shouldn't be replaced in the rehab, but that the final product should be priced accordingly.
