You could have a tenant with a 700 score and their parents with 700 scores but they are all a pain to deal with and manage while have another family with slightly lower than 700 maybe 650 but they are chilled and never give you a problem (this is gold, IMO).

Leasing and managing a property is generally not too much work, when it is just one, but it can be a pain from time to time, and in my experience those painful times always come when other parts of life need your attention.But the true answer to your post: if this is aligning with your goals and you are happy with the returns it will provide, then go for it.
