For the sub-median houses, we feel that a backsplash is a relatively inexpensive add that makes the finished product stand out in the neighborhood.

I feel as though I have a strong understanding of a few strategies and I'm ready to go from constantly analyzing deals to actively looking for deals. 

Definitely feeling the analysis paralysis of my first to-be deal!
