@Jennifer Lee and @Jonathan Makovsky, you may want to check into that and see if they are mis-understanding how you are renting the properties.I have two student rentals and have not had problems with them, one is a four bedroom single family home, i rent all four and the other i turned into a two family and rent 8 bedrooms, both in Pennsylvania.

@Andre Smith upset price as it is known in PA is the price the bank is willing to bid up to (i.e. you can view this as your min bid).Sometimes the upset price is the full outstanding balance + costs, other times it is 70% of it.
