I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Florida. 

These jobs will produce larger cash flows with newer (upscale ) markets with the need of future flippers.True Flipping has always been around and it will stay around.

I'm a little biased as I grew-up in Killeen up until I graduated from High School in 2000 and moved to Austin where I still currently stay.

The tip of the tester stayed yellow, but there was some slight redness from the testing solution on the house. 

They made a bunch of updates to the site that have made it terrible.

Stay in touch with the police, and have a neighbor keep a look out and call 911 if they see or hear anything suspicious.What are we, landlords or social workers? 

If you do not do it this way then you risk running your unit vacant because college students tend to start looking for a place to stay around Feb-May for the following year, actually more like Mar-May, but you want the Ad up in Feb.

Due to the fact that my parents will allow me to stay with them as long as I want I hope to flip houses till I have enough money to start buying out of state rental properties, due to the fact that finding cash flowing properties is very difficult here.
