Regardless of what I had I felt more comfortable in the construction business.  

But I couldnt manage both payments here & in the UK comfortably, if we were not able to rent the Richmond house out.

He does not fit the bill of the other tenants that I interviewed in the process and I feel very comfortable with him as a tenant.

But that is really crazy because I've been in that house every day during the coldest part of winter doing stuff and found 65 to be very comfortable and the upstairs tenants are also very comfortable (they have lived there for two months now).

They are solid wood and and structurally sound with soft close doors.Now...while I've used these for my rentals in the past and I'll use them again in the future FOR MY RENTALS...I wouldn't feel comfortable installing these in a flip, at least not at the price points you're working in.

Stepping outside of your comfort zone will be key to making great strides in your REI business.

If you are comfortable with the cash flow the property is making and you know that it will fit into your longterm goal, then don't dismiss it based on rules of thumb.

Hi @Derek Anaeme, Welcome to BP.The crowdfunding websites are excellent places to diversify your portfolio, as long as you are comfortable with selecting a sponsor who will manage your property, rather than doing it yourself.

Sometimes the nest egg won't ever be big enough to be 100% comfortable while investing.

They were comfortable lending us $10k and said they didn’t want us to pay them interest on it; just pay back the principal when we closed on the house.
