hello everyone, I'm new here and to real estate investing. We have a 4 yr road map that will include buying at least 3 investment properties. This year we are becoming debt free before we start investing.  This year we are thinking about having my Wife get her real estate license, so she can handle that part of the business. My part will be more networking with contractors, investors and finding great properties.  How many of you have partnered with your spouse? How is it working out? Do you think it's a great idea?

@brent

@Brent Coombs we will be paying off a large student loan and saving 3-6 months of living expense. Also we will be saving funds to have cushion just in case anything happens. Yes investing in real estate is taking on more debt but we are going to be ready for anything by going at it with a conservative approach.
