Good Day ,How do I find Neighborhood Jurisdictions?

Are there particularly good middle class family neighborhoods that I should look at?

The neighborhoods I'm looking at are Longview, Lee's Summit, Grain Valley, Grandview, Independence area.

I can tell home sales have declined in the past year, there are houses popping up for sale left and right in my neighborhood.

Is there a way to find out the price CURRENT tenants are paying in rent for a particular neighborhood?

My house is located in Littleton in the Southbridge neighborhood, a little subdivision perfect for first time home buyers.

We own a property just outside downtown Denver in the Sunnyside neighborhood.
