I've had nothing but good experience and as I said previously I'm VERY thankful and feel very fortunately Blessed f ol r this program, as I have since had 2 other kids who as well have been born with different disabilities though nothing nearly as terrifying as my Now 18yr old son had gone through, Thank God!!

I became disabled in 2015 and have been out of the market but follow it very closely trying to find a way to get off the sidelines.

Once someone rents they have to send a picture of their drivers license and a selfie of them holding their drivers license (yes, I routinely ask strangers to send me selfies). 

When you draw docs up of your own eventually, you want to be mindful of Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Human Rights Commission.  

I was merely on social security disability and had very little prospect of being able to do anything.

Houses are routinely gone within a week now with multiple offers at full or over the list price.

Cut that amount by at least 50% -- remember, the entire house was not 'disabled,' only the water.  

My only income is va disability (100% TDIU), social security disability, and BAH from school.

Isn't this failure on the property managers side to honor my disability?

And I’ll do the same yoga routine to remove idiots who cause me a pain in the rear.
