I could barely fit, width-wise, up the loft steps on a few of them (I'm 6'4 225 so I'm not obese) and in the first unit I saw (Lot 2) it had the weirdest steps to the loft I had ever seen.

Before I knew it they were taking advantage of my kindness and have started doing spiteful things like parking his truck under the basketball goal he told my son he could use so he can't play because i don't have 5,000.00 dollars to cut a couple pines that are completely healthy becausethe wind uprooted and fell on his pole barn it barely damaged i told him i would help pay for repairs intill they sent me a bill for almost 6,000 dolars and told me they fixed it cheap and it still didnt look as good as it did before.

Unfortunately there's a paywall and I'm not a NYT subscriber - does the author recommend making it easier to add housing supply by incentivizing development, or at a bare minimum removing roadblocks to new development?
