Then declare agency and send them a booklet on first contact about agency disclosure.Otherwise, use the same PSA and have a RE atty review annually. 

VA agencies prohibit contact between investors and virtual assistants before hiring.

There is a lot of demand in the area and the infrastructure is in good shape, so we believe we can easily attract quality tenants and eventually get agency debt given the eventual quality of the asset.

,Every sword has two edges.One of the biggest problems with Agency residential lending is that Fannie/Freddie guidelines are one-size-fits-all, no exceptions.

That dead end 9 to 5 life and time waster at a New York City agency.  

This would prevent dual agency conflicts down the road for all parties
