Tracey Stegemoller,To make the @ work do the following:Hold down the shift key, type the @ followed by the first 2 letters of the first or last name.Then look below this box, and you will see a list of names, click on the name.This will only work if that person has contributed to the post, or you're a colleague with that person.

It cost the title company money to pull a full title (they can do a prelim search and look some stuff up if its online) so they usually want to make sure you have somebody who can close so they dont get stuck with a bill for a property that will never close.

When I look up the parcel number and search for all records with the owners names all I can really find is an ASSIGNMENT DEED OF TRUST/MORTGAGE record, what exactly does this mean?

1) I have my Google Voice number forwarding to a cellphone I bought2) I have (50) bandit signs with that number on it3) I have an answering service4) I used the Google Voice number on my BiggerPockets account, a Classified Ad, a Wufoo form for bird dogs to submit a house, and my website.......So, when you Google search the phone number... it basically pops up with my information online.I deleted each form that had the number, but it still is available in the search.I'm waiting to see if it wipes over the next couple of days.Here's my question:Should I change my number so that it has no ties back to me?
