I personally wouldn’t give them options…can you imagine how confusing it will all be and who they will need to talk to before they decide what they should do…I however would be armed with all the facts…like filing insolvency so they don’t have to pay taxes…be an asset!

When my buyer, an older couple, couldn’t get a loan for the amount of their offer, someone suggested asking them what they had to trade, maybe a cabin in the woods, or…I did ask her that day, and she said the only thing they had was some antiques.
