If they send you a bill, highly doubtful you will pay it.Their best protection is to start escrowing any funds due to you until the complaint is resolved.A better strategy would be to terminate them and file the complaint afterwards.Which begs the question, what is the logic of having them continue to manage your rental if you're filing a complaint against them?
