Just getting started in my investing business. I'm in the middle of my first BRRRR deal!

I'm wondering folk's opinions about whether I'd be better off using a PM or managing it myself?

Some say you are throwing away 10% some say it is the best money you can spend.  Really depends on you, your personality, your local contacts, ability to get crews to do work, do showings, collect rent etc.  As @Todd Rasmussen said it is really subjective and depends on you more than any outside factor. As for advice, deals they find etc....yes, that is all a benefit of working with a local expert.  Depends on the company on this stuff.  Some will, some won't every company is different.

Clear as mud right?
