I'm more of a long term Flipper, holding properties for a year or more which allows me to do additions to add equity and my whole strategy has revolved around long term capital gains..I'm very concerned that she will raise long term gains like Obama did, who brought it from 15 - 20%.

After reading about a half dozen "Zombie Posts" this morning - posts that have been inactive for a long time, often a year or more - I had a thought that could reduce the number of Zombie Posts coming through.Looking at them, it is obvious that most Zombies are brought back to life by new posters - people who just joined, or only have a couple of posts under their belt.

Be aware, in most areas if the Reno costs exceed 50%, or maybe less, of value.....entire house must be brought up to current codes, which can include a higher floor elevation, which may be impossible.
