Does anyone have recommendations for an STR on-call service (not full property management), which will handle basic guest communication during their stay and handle organizing repairs (i.e. calling a plumber, HVAC, etc. ... not actually doing repairs themselves)?

Only 3 logical reasons:1) Your PMC is terrible and forcing you to handle the eviction- FIRE them!

Then when you get tenants, differences in personalities clash and playing middleman is rough.

I personally use private investors to fund all my flip deals and bank financing for commercial buy and hold deals.
