I've spoken to a quite a few members who have told me about a remarkable amount of business (several in the millions) that they have done as a result of this site; these are people who have partnered with other members, found deals, found money, and so on.I was hoping that we might be able to get those of you who have profited from BP to share.I know that coming to a number may not be very easy for some, but for others it may be.If we can demonstrate to both our new members and potential new users how many of you have benefitted, and can then start to quantify that benefit, it would go a LONG way to help us tell others how incredible this place really is.While your stories are important (please share these on the BP Success Stories forum), what I'm really looking for here is a number and a brief explanation of that number.Note: Even if the site stopped you from getting into a bad deal or saved you from spending your money on overpriced (fill in the blank), I'd love to hear from you.

The chemicals mix with the water in the Ocean to make Potassium Chloride or something similar(can't remember the scientist jargon they were saying).Anyway when the compounds hit the Ocean they cancel each other out and dispurse.Right now the levels are not ultra dangerous but they have abandoned one reactor because of the levels there. The radiation does pose a risk to the immediate area and surrounding areas depending on which way the wind blows and velocity. What helps is with Cherynoble containment was weak.Today buildings are built stronger making leaks and explosions not travel high into the air.It was the high air travel before that caused wide spread contamination by the winds. The design of todays buildings helps containment.Still dangerous but not approaching Cherynoble proportions.I will pray for them.

I don't think that 6% is the maximum you can charge a commission on but I'm not an agent and probably the broker has a set limit on what the agents can charge and again I'm not sure. But even if there isn't a maximum the higher % of commission the more likely either the buyer or seller won't list or deal with you because that's too much for them.A wholesalers fee comes straight from an end buyer who is an investor and not your typical retail buyer(although some have wholesaled to retailers but it's rare)and the skies the limit on your assignment fee however that's based on how much profit is left for the end buyer but if you squeezed a lot of equity out of the seller than you can pretty much charge a nice hunk of change for your assignment and still leave a wide profit margin.
