you are right about high commission paid to agent when a client buys it.since most people will agree that a product, service, or a company can survive market conditions unless people value and buy its products.Whole life has not changed in 160 years since it came to a market because it has utility for conservative individuals.After 30 years term life contract goes sky high. 

It took almost a year to get my first paycheck and I really struggled with clients trusting me at such a young age.  

You guys are masterminding deals where this client benefits everyone else in the group in masterminding.

I would suggest using her car sales list as a starter for potential clients for real estate and continue to expand it.
