We are considering adding a roll under each sink to eliminate this request/complaint but thought it was odd after years of doing the same thing why we all the sudden had people complaining about only having one full roll to start?

My experience was the tenants who were afraid they'd have to move were obviously sabotaging showings, leaving toilets unflushed, food in the sink, garbage can overflowing, etc., although for all I know, they really live like that and that's the reason the owner wants to sell in the first place.

To me, this smacks of someone who also won't call me if the sink is leaking or otherwise just be responsible.I just learned that making exceptions for a tenant who didn't want to do things the normal way just ended up being a high-maintenance or problem tenant one way or another.
