We have been in process of outsourcing as much as we can.Does anyone have any good experiences with virtual assistants?

Well it is in an area where the houses are 700k and 1 house would have virtually no backyard without using this land.

There is also a small onsite laundry with inherited leased machines (50/50 spilt after $40 mo). 

Anyone who states otherwise has a lot to learn about money and leverage (that is virtually free money).  

This will virtually always eliminate the section 8 tenant.In summary, I suspect there are numerous ways other than source of income to not select section 8 including having high end units with rents higher than FMR, using move-in date as a criteria, etc.Good luck

The mop heads are machine washable, so I think they only ask when the old one gets really beat up.

I'm currently dealing with 5 washing machines down. 

 ( much more expensive , I cant price it out till I get the engineer report ) And yes , my buddy is daring enough to put a 6 ton machine up on the deck to tear down the house .  

Part of what I do on these forums is to try to keep people who are virtually advertising their services in every post from making outrageous claims that lack merit or seem to be misleading. 

This machine comes in very handy for breaking down bad smells.
