She treats the property horribly (I am constantly cleaning up her mess outside (dirty diapers, clothing etc.) her place every time I go to cut the lawn) and I have no option besides getting her out of the property (I have been way too lenient with her).I am looking to serve her a 30 day notice to terminate month to month tenancy but she still has not paid this months rent.

They trashed our house, they disturbed the neighbors, they ruined our lawn, they were filthy pigs who never paid the rent on time, they never did what we told them to do and it cost us a fortune to get rid of them and repair our investment once they finally did move.Well, guess whose fault that is.

We have artificially inflated prices, in most of the areas with cash sales to out-of-state folks, or local cash buyers( who just don't know any better).
