I was ready for a full-blown functional app - this has not been the case. 

However, the CA State Franschise Board will assess the Texas LLC the minimum $800/year because they argue that (this will sound silly) if you have contact of any sort with Texas using a cell phone in CA then you are "doing business" from CA. 

I think we've met on an app a few weeks ago.

Whats a good app or website tool to use to run numbers and determine if a property will cashflow or not?

They were asking to send it through cash app.

Can anyone refer any sites/app/forums that can be use to determine and calculate material cost like; roof materials, HVAC, foundation, ect.

It's a good lock that doesn't require a hub (direct wifi access through an app).
