The railroad track which is next to the building (not super close) have the metra run through it and a freight or two, but in my eyes its a reason to justify the lower price.

People with brain cancer are getting surgery from an eye doctor and wondering why it didn't work... or trying to get a reverse mortgage from me, I'm young and my clients tend to be young (reverse mortgages require you be 62 years old), I've never done one.
