I told them what I wanted to do , gave them some basic info up front like DTI and credit score, and asked the questions DG recommends in his book. ...that was last week..So far I have 3 responses, one lady basically told me in a very polite way to F off lol!

My lady is there, and I met a few real estate agents.

Hey, Ladies and GentlemenI need some advice, I came across some land that I can get at good price, it’s good location and over acre for about $12k-15k.

Specifically a lady name Dellene who we really like.

The former owner is really a nice lady (she has been the only one living in the property) and has been heavily involved into leading and notifying us the neighbors re: our next community meeting about safety and many other various things.

I intended to send out a notice reminding the community of the rules and regs, but I also dont want my first play as the new land lady to be calling in the ASPCA for what seems to be unauthorized pets on the premises.
