@Sean Mcmahon, you have to realize that they do not have infinite resources and cannot buy every great deal and what you are looking for is their great on the ground knowledge and expertise.

It would be easy enough to just switch out for a new window, but that will cost $400 and then there is no guarantee it will match the window next to it, as there are no markings to indicate manufacturer or model.

@John Barrett, I'm actually with you on this one, but not because it's a sneaky tactic necessarily to charge a fee, but because I think the quality of their product/algorithm is subpar and I hate their pricing model.
