While some hard money lenders prioritize previous flipping experience (My company does not, we welcome first time investors), there are definitely ways to position yourself as a strong borrower without that track record.One key is highlighting your relevant experience, if you decide to work with a lender that requires experience, is showing detailed examples of past projects you’ve completed, even if they weren’t flips.

Two homes I personally had an eye on and next door to one another this week at $695k and $700k both had multiple offers and are pending within 48 hours..On the Oregon Coast things are a bit less intense with the exception of Turn-Key vacation rentals and (nearly non-existent) multi family properties.
