Some charge me yearly others are 3, 5 or 10 years but I can’t think of a scenario this would work me unless I inherited a $500k IRA or really wanted to manage all these accounts & fees & IRS contribution & withdrawal rules or I took on a large gamble investment for a 30 to 100% return & got into active market again like flipping houses, etc.I guess I would rather pay the IRS less than a company like Quest IRA?

If the lot is worth something just sell it. to someone who wants to build there primary residence there, or find a developer to do new contruction and "flip" it.

My current focus is on multifamily in the Phoenix, AZ area, DFW TX area, and looking around here in Southern CA.I do plan to diversify and do some Flips as well as Buy and Hold.I'll reach out to you guys that replied to my post.Thanks!

As a Canadian resident and recent flip investor I will be travelling to the United States next week to visit my properties (which are in the final stages of completion) and to have meetings with my hard money lender, real estate agent and construction manager.
