Alisha Decoteau l asked my lawyer this same thing f when I was doing the whole LLC thing and he said it’s not necessary.

Currently my posting frequency is M/W/F with one engaging post, one education post (where we link to our blog), and one product pitch. 

I'd say there are a couple of pockets on the East side that are marked red (D or F) that I'd personally place in the light green (B) or at minimum yellow (C) grade neighborhoods for rental markets.
