Else a check will be written by the owner for the damage.But if the insurance company specs a tree must come down for a policy then that goes into the budget for sure, and they do send inspectors out to properties from time to time to look at them for all sorts of things.Just my 2 cents.

Out of curiosity, we got a Zillow quote and then after they sent their inspector to the home, they surprisingly sent an offer and a sales contract that would net us more than if we list with a realtor!

Building inspector is only there for a designated period of time so I would plan to go there to speak to them directly and they'll give you some guidance from there.

IE they have it worked out with city/county inspectors and they have a list of go to folks that can frame it.my Framer is great and he frames one of our homes 1800 to 3000 sq ft in 5 working days full stop..

An agent and a PMC should work together to find you great rental properties.We don't recommend relying solely on an agent as they're out of the picture after the closing.No one has more "skin in the game" than a PMC as they have to deal with the property every day until an owner sells or fires them.Also recommend finding your own Inspector and not one referred by an agent.

@Corbin Cox Great thing about real estate is that there are many branches that you can start off from (loan officer, wholesaling,inspector,real estate agent,etc..).First thing to do will be to become informed.
