In todays world that means social media.

They just sold their place in Florida and can live off that income and their social security or whatever else they've got.

I also have this same question, but I'm looking for something not cloud or web based, an actual installable program my logic is that I'll be able to create an Air gap between vital information social security numbers/EIN's  bank information account balances and such to keep it from being "hacked" 

They want to get into real estate because they are seeing how much money people are making from it on social media and want those same financial rewards.

But then my personal DTI is way higher than the current 14% it is at now and I am limited on the properties I can purchase at that point.Investors all over forums, social media etc boast about using other people's money and then refinancing their property after they do their rehab.

I have a service called Loomly which handles my social media publishing to my groups, LinkedIn, business pages, YouTube and Instagram.

There are several travel nurse (medical professional) facebook groups and probably other social media sites as well.
