I also was wondering what books or materials (if any) I should look into getting to help educate me.

I live in a rental and we've just adopted a dog and I was thinking about checking into installing a fence if the owner pays for material we'll install it. :)

I take care of everything else... material logistics, paying, office work, coordinating, etc... steering the bus, basically.

I got a call from the store I had the issue with within 48 hours and they are going to give me a gift certificate for the amount I lost back then ($30) and $200 off my first purchase of materials for my rehab.Glad to finally have options again for my hardware needs.BTW, I still don't eat at Quiznos and haven't shopped in a Walmart in 5 years.

Sounds like $2000 or so in work, even if you use really cheap materials and appliances.

They did some prep work (picking up some stuff in the attic and also hanging duct work which is probably unnecessary) and then wanted payment for materials and what they just did.

Wondering if anyone has heard of this guru, or purchased any of his material.
