Also if you are buying under an LLC did you have someone prepare it for you or did you set it up online yourself?

Hello, I wanted to reach out to see how other independent landlords collect application fees.I manage the property from out of state, so physically being at every showing is impossible - and I don't necessarily want to tip my hand that I don't live in the immediate area to prospective applicants. 

I found the Louisiana contract online and a title company that helped me get it set up. 

I would like to use one of the online platforms like crowdstreet, patch of land, or one of the others......but they only allow accredited investors correct?

Webinars and online research can only do so much.
